By accessing or using Get On Blockchain (“the Service”), operated by Gator Engineered Technologies, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.
2. Description of Service
Get On Blockchain provides digital loyalty tools, QR-based reward flows, member dashboards, wallet integrations, and optional stablecoin payment functionality for businesses and brands. Features may vary by plan tier.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and complete.
4. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, API keys, login credentials, and any connected wallet, if applicable. Unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding begins. All transactions are processed through third-party processors (e.g., PayPal or Stripe).
6. Prohibited Activities
- Misusing QR codes or reward systems
- Attempting to bypass payment systems
- Illegal or unauthorized use of blockchain wallets
- Reverse engineering or copying platform features
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software on the platform belong to Gator Engineered Technologies. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service without written permission.
8. Liability Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding uptime, reward accuracy, blockchain network stability, or third-party integrations. We are not liable for losses or damages arising from platform use.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
